Q. How do I get equipment?
A. Equipment must be picked up at one of our Ostomy Closet locations during business hours.
Q. How do I donate ostomy supplies?
A. Equipment must be unused, not expired and have been stored in a smoke free environment. We accept donations by appointment ONLY. Please email [email protected] & we will arrange a date, time and location for you to meet with one of our volunteers. We do NOT accept donations that have been left at an Ostomy Closet.
Q. How do I know what equipment is available?
A. Click Available Products to see what is in our closets or
you can visit one of our locations during business hours.
Q. There are multiple locations. How do I know where to find a particular piece of equipment?
A. The location and quantity available is listed in the product description.
Q. Is there a charge for these supplies?
A. No. This resource is intended to supplement equipment obtained from a regular Ostomy Equipment Dealer or meet an urgent need.
Q. Is there a limit to how often I can take equipment?
A. No, but a relationship with a Medical Equipment Dealer who sells Ostomy Supplies should be established if you have medical insurance. If you do not have medical insurance, click Online Resources for information about Emergency Supplies.
